Sales Tax Xobebe may charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you. Use of Log Files We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer this site, track movement and to gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. CHILDREN Although we offer for sale on this site merchandise that is suitable for use by children, this site does not otherwise cater to children in any way.
These Terms and Conditions do not permit the use of this site by, or the sale of merchandise or services to, persons under 18 years of age, nor do these Terms and Conditions contemplate the collection of information from, or relating to, persons under 18 years of age. Shipping Limitations When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address provided by the purchaser as long as that shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss or damage for items purchased from the Site pass to the recipient upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Shipping Returns and Refunds All furniture sales are final. We will gladly replace defective or missing parts at no additional charge. Xobebe.com will exchange or refund all non-furniture orders within 14 days of purchase. If any of our non-furniture merchandise is defective, or does not otherwise meet your expectations, it may be returned for a refund or exchanged only if returned within 14 days of the date of receipt and in accordance with the following requirements. You must notify Xobebe before attempting a return - unsolicited returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and must be unwashed, unused and accompanied by the original xobebe.com sales receipt. Opened merchandise will not be accepted for return or exchange. If you need to make a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@xobebe.com within 14 days of the delivery of your purchase. Merchandise that you purchased from locations other than this site will not be accepted. Additionally, merchandise purchased on this site cannot be returned under this policy to any other location. All purchases of sales items are final. No returns or exchanges will be honored for sale items. Liability for Defects All products and services purchased on or through the Site are subject only to the applicable warranties of their respective manufacturers, distributors and suppliers, if any. Should there be any problem with the products or services that you have purchased on or through the Site, you agree that your sole remedy, if any, is from the manufacturer of such products or supplier of such services, or to seek a return and refund in accordance with our returns and refunds policies posted on the Site. How can I place an order? Online: Our online store is open 24/7. Simply choose an item and click on the Add to Cart button. You may continue browsing our web site and add other items to your order until you are ready to pay. By telephone: Call us at 877.449.4088 between 10:00am and 6:00pm EST, Monday to Friday. Our staff will take your order and answer any questions.
What forms of payment do you accept? At this time we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal.
Can I use an international credit card to pay for a purchase? Currently we are not accepting credit cards with a billing address outside the United States when making a purchase on the web site. If you attempt to make a purchase using an international credit card on the web site, the transaction will be declined.

What are your shipping charges? We offer free ground shipping on all orders within the continental United States, provided the total cost of goods purchased is greater than $99. Orders under $99 are charged for ground shipping within the continental United States.
When will I receive my order? Most items will arrive in 5-9 business days (excluding holidays). Items with longer lead times are noted on the product pages of this web site. In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email. If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times.
Do you offer express shipping? Express Shipping (Next Business Day or 2nd Business Day) is available on some items for an extra cost. Express packages are not shipped or delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. 2nd Business Day (not available for all items): Arrives in two business days when order is placed online before 2pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Next Business Day (not available for all items): Arrives next business day when ordered online before 2pm ET, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by carriers. Next Business Day delivery orders placed on Friday after 2pm ET and over the weekend will normally arrive on Tuesday. 2nd Business Day delivery orders placed on Friday after 2pm ET and over the weekend will normally arrive on Wednesday. We do not ship to P.O. Box or A.P.O. addresses.
What shipping carriers do you use? Most items are shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx. Larger items may ship with freight carriers.
Do you offer inside delivery and installation of furniture items? In some areas of the country, we can offer "white glove" furniture delivery and installation services for an additional charge. Call our customer service department at 877.449.4088 for more information on "white glove" delivery.
When will my order be processed? You will receive an e-mail confirmation immediately after your order has been placed. Check your confirmation carefully and make sure all the information is correct. If you need to make any changes, please contact Customer Service at 877.449.4088 or by replying to the confirmation e-mail. Changes may result in shipping delays. Orders are generally charged to your credit card within 48 hours. Upon approval and verification of credit card information, orders will be processed for shipment. If the billing address you provide does not match the address on your credit card account, your order may be delayed. Most items are shipped within 2-3 business days. Some products require longer lead times. Estimated shipping times for these items are noted on the product pages of the web site.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed? If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please call Customer Service at 877.449.4088. Orders cancelled after they have been shipped will incur a 20% restocking fee. Orders for custom items must be cancelled within 48 hours for a full refund. After 48 hours, a 20% restocking charge will apply. How can I make changes to my account information? The first time you buy something from xobebe.com, you will need to create an account with a username and password. To manage your account information online, simply click on the my account link. You can change a billing address or shipping address, change your password or update your e-mail address on file.
What if I can’t remember my password? Go to my account and click on "forgot my password." Enter your e-mail address and click the Request Password button.
How do I purchase a gift certificate? You may purchase a gift certificate online for anyone with a valid e-mail address. The recipient will be notified by e-mail immediately upon completion of the order. If you don’t know the e-mail address of the person you wish to purchase a gift certificate for, or if you would prefer to have a printed gift certificate mailed to their home or business, please place your order by phone at 877.449.4088.
How can I redeem a gift certificate? Gift certificates may be redeemed online in the Checkout section of the Shopping Cart. Simply select Pay by Gift Certificate and enter a valid gift certificate verification code. Gift certificates are valid for one year after date of purchase.
What can I do if I lost my gift certificate? If you lost your gift certificate, you can call 877.449.4088 or e-mail contact@xobebe.com with your name, contact information and the name of the person who gave you the gift certificate. If the information you provide matches the information in our system we will send you the required validation code.
Can you gift wrap my order? Gift wrapping is available for many items sold on this web site. If gift wrapping is available, it will be indicated on the product page for that item. Eligible items may be gift wrapped prior to shipping for a $5.00 service charge. To select gift wrapping for an item, put the item in your Shopping Cart and proceed to Checkout. In the Checkout area you will have the option of adding Gift Wrap for any eligible item(s). When you select the Gift Wrap option, another window will open where you can type a personalized gift message (limited to 300 characters). Your gift will be tastefully wrapped in a matte silver gift box and tied with a Xobebe signature ribbon. Your gift message will be printed on a Xobebe gift card, sealed in an envelope and enclosed with your gift. We cannot combine multiple items in a single gift box. Each item you specify will be gift wrapped individually in its own box. The $5.00 service charge will automatically be added to the price of each item you have selected for gift wrapping.
Do you charge sales tax on online orders? Orders shipped to Florida will be charged the 7% Florida sales tax. No sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to addresses in other states. However, if Xobebe is not collecting your state’s taxes, you are expected to comply with your state’s current laws regarding purchases over the Internet. You are solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to you.
What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from Xobebe. You may return most items you purchase from us within 14 days, with an original receipt, for a full refund. Please call Customer Service at 877.449.4088 before returning any merchandise. All returned products must be in original condition and packaging; otherwise, additional charges may be applied. Unfortunately, we cannot take returns of products that have been assembled or modified. Additionally, certain products cannot be returned because neither we nor our suppliers can take them back; this will be clearly marked on the product's sale page. If you have any questions about whether a product can be returned, please call us. Any items purchased on sale are final and are not returnable. No refunds or credits are available for sale items. Feeding equipment is not returnable. Bath and body products are not returnable after they have been opened. Items that are made to order are not returnable for any reason other than defect. If the return is not due to damaged merchandise or an error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. For items that were shipped via freight service, including most furniture items, we will deduct the amount we paid to ship the items to you from your refund.
How should I ship my return? Be sure to contact Xobebe before shipping your return. Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box. Enclose a copy of your invoice or packing slip with the reason for your return written on the back. Insure your package for the full value of the merchandise and return it to Xobebe using the delivery service of your choice. For speed and security, we recommend UPS, FedEx or USPS.
How will you refund the charges for returned merchandise? Please allow enough time for your shipment to reach us, plus 3-5 business days for processing your return. We will notify you by e-mail once your return has been processed. If your order is eligible for a refund, we will refund the credit card you used to place your order. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to post to the credit card account once it has been processed. If you return a gift that you received from someone else, we will issue a credit in the form of a Xobebe Gift Certificate. Credits will be granted at the current lowest selling price. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your return so we can create a Gift Certificate for you. You will receive your Gift Certificate via e-mail. All refunds granted are for the cost of the product only. Shipping costs and gift wrapping costs are NON refundable.
What if I want to exchange something I received for another product? All eligible return items are automatically refunded via credit card, or a gift certificate will be issued in your name, whether or not an exchange is requested. In the event of an exchange, a new order will be created and charged to the same credit card or deducted from the gift certificate that we issued. Normal shipping charges will apply.
What if my order was damaged in shipping? We do our best to make sure your order is carefully packed before leaving our warehouse. However, it is still possible for packages to be damaged in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we will either ship out a replacement or replace the damaged parts, at our expense. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from the outside, reject the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to inspect all items for concealed damage within seven (7) business days, even if you do not plan on using them immediately. If you find that an item we sent is damaged, please Customer Service by phone at 877.449.4088 or e-mail contact@xobebe.com. Do not send back any items prior to contacting us. You must report any damaged or broken items to Xobebe within seven business days of the delivery date. Do not discard the packing materials that the item arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to expedite a damage claim.
Are your products covered by warranty? Every product is covered by its respective manufacturer’s warranty.
What if an item I received is incorrect or defective? If an item we sent is incorrect or defective, please contact Customer Service by phone at 877.449.4088 or e-mail customerservice@xobebe.com within 14 days. Do not send back any items prior to contacting us. After 14 days, please contact the manufacturer directly to report a defective product and obtain information about any warranty that may apply. Xobebe cannot replace defective items after 14 days from receipt. Why should I register at Xobebe? Registering at Xobebe is easy. You can create your wish list and manage your registry entirely online. Your friends and family will appreciate how easy it is to buy gifts for you. They can make their purchases online, or on the phone. Returns are easy, too. If you receive duplicate items, you can ship your return items to us, we’ll give you credit for unused items returned within 14 days. (*Certain conditions apply. See our return policy for details.) After your event, we’ll even give you a *one-time opportunity to purchase any remaining items from your list at a discount. (*Certain restrictions apply.)
How can I create a gift registry for my baby shower or other occasion? Go to www.xobebe.com, click on the gift registry link, log in and start creating your registry. Once you have created a registry, you can search for the products you want and click the Add to Registry button to add an item to your wish list.
How can I make changes to my registry? You can update or edit your registry 24 hours a day at www.xobebe.com Just click on the gift registry link and log in to begin. Please note that you cannot remove an item from your registry if it has already been purchased.
How can I find out what’s been purchased from my registry and who bought it for me? Every time someone purchases a gift from your registry, you’ll receive an e-mail telling you who made the purchase and what they bought. The online registry is automatically updated to show which items have been purchased.
How can I tell my friends and family about my Xobebe registry? We can send personalized e-mails on your behalf letting your family and friends know about your registry, just provide us with their e-mail addresses and names and we’ll gladly inform them of your registry. We can also provide free enclosure cards for you to send out with your invitations at your request. Just tell us how many cards you need and we’ll send them to you. Send your request for free enclosure cards to: contact@xobebe.com How long will my registry be posted online after my event? Your registry will remain online indefinitely. If you want us to delete your registry, send an e-mail to: contact@xobebe.com

You can search for a registry using the registrant’s first name or last name. If you’re not sure how to spell the name, try entering the first few letters, or even just an initial. You will be shown a set of matching results to choose from. Once you’ve found the registry you want, you can select items and add them to your cart. When you are finished adding items to your cart, click Checkout. You can also call us at 877.449.4088 to make a purchase. Be sure to tell the salesperson that you are purchasing an item from a registry. What if I can’t find the registry I’m looking for online? Some registrants prefer not to post their registry online. What should I do if the registrant has already received everything on their registry list? Send a gift certificate. Click on the gift registry link and enter the amount you wish to send. You can even add a personal gift message. The registrant will receive the gift certificate via e-mail.
